Andvari

Description

Forger of the Ring of Andvari, the cursed ring. He is one of the few craftsmen who excelled among the Nibelungs. When he saw that Loki was going to steal the ring from him, he cursed him, bestowing upon it the ability to attribute insane greed to anyone near the ring. The Ring of Andvari was the trigger that caused the almost complete extinction of the Nibelungen race, only saving himself, who migrated to Alfheim, and his brother, Alberich, who migrated to Midgard as an armorer of human kingdoms.
